Nasty Alpacka Terms of Service Last updated: 07/31/2023

This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between Nasty Alpacka, a brand owned by Nasi Goreng Studio from Coimbra, Portugal ("Nasty Alpacka"), and the User (“User”).

By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Intellectual Property Rights All content of the Website, including software, designs, trademarks, logos, audio, video, and text (collectively, the “Content”), are the property of Nasty Alpacka and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Ownership of Materials Except for Nasty Alpacka’s ownership of requests, all design and original source files created belong to the User, and the User shall be the sole owner of the copyright for all projects.

3. Fonts If a project incorporates fonts not owned by Nasty Alpacka, which require a commercial license for legal reproduction, distribution, or public display, Nasty Alpacka will inform the User. The User is responsible for purchasing the appropriate licenses for third-party fonts. The User assumes all consequences of not obtaining licenses for such fonts.

4. User Representations By using the Website, User represents and warrants that: User has the legal capacity to comply with these terms; User is not a minor; User will not access the Website through automated or non-human means; User will not use the Website for illegal purposes.

5. Prohibited Activities User shall use the Website only for its intended purpose. The Website may not be used for commercial endeavors other than those directly related to services provided by Nasty Alpacka.

6. Feedback User acknowledges that any feedback provided to Nasty Alpacka becomes the property of Nasty Alpacka. Nasty Alpacka is not obligated to maintain feedback confidentiality.

7. Oversight Nasty Alpacka reserves the right to monitor the Website for violations of these terms and to take legal action in response to violations. Nasty Alpacka may restrict or deny access to the Website without notice.

8. Returns and Refunds Payments made to Nasty Alpacka for services are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if granted, are at Nasty Alpacka's discretion and will be evaluated case-by-case.

9. Modifications to Terms Nasty Alpacka may modify, change, or remove any content on the Website at its sole discretion without notice.

10. Limitations of Liability and Indemnification Nasty Alpacka is not liable for any damages or losses arising from User’s use of the Website or services. User agrees to defend and hold Nasty Alpacka harmless from any third-party claims.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.

12. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice.
